Harry Winston Inc was founded in 1932 by the American Ukrainian jewler
Harry Winston (HW) (1896-1978).

Harry Winston's parents had a small jewellry store.
His own breackthrough came with the acquisition of the collection of
the late Arabella Huntington
which he redesign in a more contemporary style.
The famous song "Diamonds are the Girl's best friends" interpreted by many artists,
among them Marilyn Monroe mentiones Harry Winston.

Harry Winston's jewels were owned by many famous Ladies like the Begum Aga Khan,
Elisabeth Taylor, Aimee de Heeren, Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis or Doris Duke.
