Puma History & Timeline :

Puma was initially founded in 1924 as Gebrüder Dassler Schuhfabrik
by the German brothers Rudolf and Ali Dassler.
The two brothers did not get along and in 1948 they seperated their company into two different entities:
Ruda (Ru..dolf Da...ssler and Adidas (Adi Das...sler)
RUDA, the company of Rudolf Dassler was later renamed PUMA.

2006 September opening ot the Puma store in Florence.

2007 Puma becomes part of the French Luxury conglomerate PPR.


2007 opening ot the Puma store in Brussels.


2011 September opening ot the Puma store in Paris Les Halles.


2012 March 22 re-opening ot the Puma store in Amsterdam.
